RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS POLICY

Simple really. You may return, exchange or refund any item within 100 days of purchase, for any reason. We'll even pay for the return shipping.

FINE PRINT

All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed with all original tags attached.

You are responsible for safely packaging your return to ensure we receive items in original condition.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original tags attached may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

RETURN FREIGHT

It won’t cost you a thing – MR SHIRTS pays for it.

HOW TO RETURN

Easy as 1- 2- 3- 4

  1. request an RMA number via our return management system
  2. Once approved, print your "Return Shipping Authorization" label, which must be enclosed inside your secure shipping container.
  3. Print the "Traceable Shipping label" that we will email you and attach it to the original shipping container.
  4. No postage is required, simply drop off at any Australia Post Office so we can safely track your return.

GET YOUR RMA NUMBER 

Returns will only be accepted with an RMA number

  1. Sign into My Account, select ‘RMA’ from the My Account menu on the left hand side; or 
  2. If you are a guest customer, click on Request (RMA) link in the footer of each page
  3. Select the order number containing the items you would like to return
  4. Selected request type: refund or replacement
  5. Choose the reason why you want to send your item(s) back. If an item is faulty, please provide details why.
  6. If you would like to exchange an item, please detail the replacement style you would like.
  7. Click on 'SUBMIT REQUEST' button and you will receive an email containing your RA number.

LATE RETURNS

Your item(s) must be sent back to us within 100 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of MR SHIRTS and may only be refunded as a store credit.

We want you to be happy. You may return, exchange or refund any item within 100 days of purchase.

FAULTY ITEMS

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect please contact us immediately at customercare@mrshirts.com.au; email us a brief description and a photo or two showing the defect/fault.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, we are sorry! You have caught us shirting around! Please login to My Account to return or exchange the items.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, PayPal account or MR SHIRTS Account if you used a Gift Voucher. Note store credits and Gift Vouchers are valid for one year

Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

If you used a gift voucher, you will be issued with a store credit. The amount is automatically added to your Account and will be valid for one year.

RETURNING A GIFT

If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit and will be valid for one year. The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase. If you elect a refund the amount will be credited to the original card or account used to purchase the gift.
